Are The Big Villains TOO COOL For Live Action ?

If Marvel has taught us anything it's that the BIG villains are indeed doable if you give them the proper time and build up to lead into their badassness. However, the recent Avengers movie wasn't the first attempt at putting a HUGE villain on screen, it was just the first to successfully introduce the concept. But let me take a step back and explain this article. There are comic book villains who are VERY intense and their appearance is VERY involved, they're almost larger than life characters who endure a reputation of being the biggest of the baddest. Characters like these are almost too much for the human brain to comprehend in a live action setting. Or maybe not too much to comprehend...but perhaps TOO COOL for live action.

Pretty Little Liars S04E15 "Love ShAck Baby" Review

 photo pll0415hxlolmp4PutLocker0029_zpscec829ac.jpg
Once again we're back with our favorite The Liars and man oh man do the lies stack on this go around. Last week, Hanna revealed that she had Allison journal, a cadre of secrets so personal that it may rend their little circle of friends asunder. "A" laid down the gauntlet in a slide show claiming "First one to get to her can keep her" and thus the race was on. Find out how it went, below the break...

Pretty Little Liars S04E14 "Who's In the Box" Review

And we're back oh my brothers and only friends, after an indecently long hiatus we join our favorite liars where we last left them, in the back yard contemplating the "confirmed alive" Allison (then again I never thought that bitch was dead anyway). But as logic would have it, the girls aren't exactly thrilled that Allison is alive, since her being alive has several implications, all of them being unpleasant, but as far as a post-break episode goes, this one lays the groundwork for some big things, so let's dive in!

Movies I Am Looking Forward To In 2014

It's that time again, 2013 was more or less a low point for movies in my opinion but 2014 is looking promising with a few trailers of movies that I am more than a little interested in checking out, so let's get to it.

Power Rangers: Jungle Fury Review

HOT DAMN! NEVER Have I been MORE impressed with a Power Rangers series! So as you guys know, I started explore The Post Zordon Era Power Rangers series, Thanks to Linkara's series "History Of The Power Rangers". If you haven't checked that series out, PLEASE DO! I consider it essential viewing for ANY Power Rangers fan. Last time I checked out "Power Rangers: RPM", so I decided to check out the series before that "Power Rangers: Jungle Fury". Which is interesting because I haven't heard much about "Jungle Fury". Now that I've finally got around to finishing it, all I can say is "WOW!". Check out the review after the break!

After Thoughts On "Ravenswood"

 photo RavenswoodS01E05HDTVx264-LOLmp4PutLocker024_zpsd35f8cbd.jpg
And so with 5 episodes behind us, I think it's about time I give my after thoughts on the "Pretty Little Liars" spin-off "Ravenswood". While I will complete the Season, I'm not exactly keen on where the series has gone thus far, and with only 5 episodes in it's wake, QUITE a bit has happened that makes me leery on how well this series will stack up to it's parent series and I list all those reasons after the break.

STRANGE LOG: 11-17-2013

And so it happened. The Strangeverse is officially dead (for the time being) thanks to Blip. I attempted to move several of my videos to Dailymotion but they were rejected almost immediately. That means unfortunately, my professional, written reviews are on hiatus until I can find a way to bring you that content once again. As you will note, SEVERAL of my videos are missing. I did not delete them but reverted them to drafts, so once I find a suitable home for them, those videos will once again be available for your viewing pleasure. I know I flaked on the "Grimm" reviews and the video "Ravenswood" reviews. I will be doing a blog collecting my thoughts on them as they get settled into their respective seasons and perhaps maybe a review of the finales. Anyway, The TV Round Up will NOW officially be an article based video WITH the trailer embedded for viewing pleasure. That's all for now. I'm very frustrated about all of this but, we suffer for the arts, do we not ? We do.
