"Wayward Pines" Preview Review

 photo Pines_zpscf80a9b3.jpg
HEY, HEY, HEY everyone, it's time once again for The TV Round Up for 2015! Kicking things off we have FOX's upcoming series "Wayward Pines". The series stars Matt Dillon, Carla Gugino, Terrence Howard, Juliette Lewis and the awesome Miss Shannyn Sossamon. "Wayward Pines" is based on "Pines" by. Blake Crouch. The series is developed by Chad Hodge who previously created the VERY short lived CW series "Runaway" and the other short lived NBC series "The Playboy Club", not a great track record to start off with. Speaking of track records, the producers for this series is Donald DeLine who's most recent production includes "Green Lantern", "Yogi Bear" and "Burlesque".  Most shocking producer is M. Night Shyamalan who's fall from grace is SO epic one could write a Dante-esque poem about it. So let's take a look at the trailer and see what we got!

TV Round Up 2015!

WELCOME to the NEW TV Round Up 2015! Thanks to the stuffed shirts at Youtube, Bliptv and pretty much everywhere else, I am unable to do the TV Round Up in a video format. But that's okay, you can't stop Ugo Strange and once again, IT'S SUMMER TIME and you know what that means; NEW TV SHOWS! Before we begin, I'd like to give a silent "rest in peace" to the cancelled before it even aired upcoming FOX show "Hieroglyphs". Whoever greenlit this must be feeling pretty freakin' awful. So for this season of The TV Round Up we're gonna be takin' a look at the following:

FOX:
"Wayward Pines"

The CW:
"The Messengers"

ABC:
"The Whispers"
"Forever"
"Secrets & Lies"

Anyways, let's get started.

Why "Mortal Kombat" Is The Greatest Fighting Game Ever

There are VERY few things I can speak about authoritatively (Dragonball Z, DC Comics, Quentin Tarantino movies, Star Wars and a few other things) but when it comes to "Mortal Kombat", I'm that guy you NEED to talk to. I remember when I first saw "Mortal Kombat" when my Uncle bought a Sega Genesis and we (my brother and I) were urged NOT play it, out of fear of us becoming wanton violent criminals, of course, that didn't happen. What DID happen was I gained a new found respect for storytelling, graphics and the over all coolness of grandiose characters. So in this article, I'm going to explain why "Mortal Kombat" is quite possibly the GREATEST FIGHTING GAME EVER!
